Mrs Jolly the good witch, is back. She is now a lollipop Lady, which is why the children call her Mrs Jollipop. But Mrs Jollipop cannot resist using her magic powers. Her lollipop does not always say STOP CHILDREN and her feet do not always remain safely on the ground!
